What is Mysore style?
Mysore style is the traditional method of practicing Ashtanga Yoga. Students learn the Ashtanga postures and follow the Ashtanga sequence with the help of the teacher and a visual guide, practicing independently.

Can beginners practice Mysore style?
Rooted in parampara, the direct transmission of knowledge from the teacher to student, this system allows each student to practice at their pace and level, while benefiting from individual adjustments and support from the teacher. Delve deeper into your practice whether you are beginning or more experienced in this intimate class setting. All levels welcome.

*Since Mysore style is not a led class, there is no fixed start and end time. Beginner students will need about 1 hour to practice and can arrive anytime in the practice window. The studio will be open at 7:15am for those who would like to start a little earlier and will be open till 10:30am for those who like to sleep in. Yaelle will begin teaching at 7:45am.
