Nicaragua Retreat with Jeanne Mudie

Nicaragua : March 12th to March 18th with Jeanne Mudie

I took a group to this resort a few years ago and had such a great experience. The staff was more like family, making our stay even more special. The food was delicious! For our outings we went zip lining, surfing, we hung out on the beaches and visited the town of San Juan Del Sur. We ended up taking two boat tours, we celebrated the last evening with a sunset sailboat cruise where the cabin crew took special care to keep us fed and our drinks full.

I would love to share this amazing experience again!!!

Weekly Classes : Monday (level2) 5:30PM, Wednesday (Hips) 10:00AM, Wednesday (Restorative) 5:30PM, Thursday (Restorative) 6:00PM , Saturday (level2&3) 9:00AM, Saturday (level1) 11:30AM

Jeanne came to Montreal in 1990 to continue her studies in classical ballet at Ecole Superieur de Danse du Quebec. It was through yoga that she was able to rediscover her love for movement in a much healthier way, a way to heal the heart as well as the body. Through the past few years she has had the opportunity to study with many great teachers beginning here at Ashtanga Montreal. For Jeanne yoga is an exploration of body and soul through breath and movement. She is honored to be a part of this family, the place where her practice began.
