In this intro to meditation 8-session workshop, we will start unfolding what mindfulness means. Every evening will be divided between talks about the teachings, and practice. We will discover some of the main teachings, like the 4 noble truths, the eightfold path and the brahma viharas. We will then get a sense of what they mean through our own experience, practicing in many different ways. Some home-exercises will also be suggested as a way to foster and bring continuity to the practice. Everyone is welcome to attend!
Cost: 80$ for 8 sessions or 15$ per session
