Every evening will be divided between talks about the teachings, and practice. We will discover some of the main teachings, like the 4 noble truths, the eightfold path and the brahma viharas. We will then get a sense of what they mean through our own experience, practicing in many different ways. Some home-exercises will also be suggested as a way to foster and bring continuity to the practice. Everyone is welcome to attend!
