Workshop Policies

  • To register for one of our workshops you may come down to the studio in person, or register over the telephone using a credit card.
  • Should the need arise to cancel one of our workshops, we will provide a full refund.
  • Please note: should a participant need to cancel his/her registration, an administration fee will be deducted from the refund or credit. For workshops $50 or under, a $10 administration fee will be applied. For workshops over $50, a 25% administration fee will be charged.

Join the directors of AYM for this month long 250 hour intensive to study and practice the ancient techniques of Yoga complimented by the comtemporary practices of Ayurveda, Bodywork therapies, Anatomy & Physiology, Meditation and East/West Philosophy. Anita Sharma, Joanna Abbot and Micheal Stone will be joining this program this session. This training is recognized and certified through The Yoga Alliance of North America.
The tuition is $2400 before April 15th or $2750 on or after April 15th. Tuition includes taxes and manual fees. The course is limited to 20 participants, so if interested, please register as soon as possible. Contact AYM by e-mail or phone to begin this process.

Please be advised: This workshop is geared towards the advanced beginner through to the advanced practitioner. You should be able to guide yourself through five Suryanamaskara A and five Suryanamaskara B as well as all the standing postures to benefit fully from this workshop.

Everyone Upside Down with Allison Ulan

Inversions are excellent for the heart, lungs, thyroid and much more when practiced with skill, appreciation and patience.
Because of how these postures stimulate the lungs and massage the heart and other deep tissue organs, inversions are the most exhilarating of all the yoga asana. However, they can be the most difficult to master.
