Yoga for beginners

Over eight sessions, learn the fundamentals of yoga to help you become more physically fit, mentally calm and energetic. Starting from the ground up, our teachers will guide you through breath work and alignment, as well as the entire Ashtanga Primary Series — the basics that you’ll need in order to take a Level 1 class.


Winter 2018 Sessions:

  1. Thursdays from January 11th to March 1st from 6pm – 7:15pm
  2. Tuesdays from January 16th to March 6th from 6pm – 7:15pm
  3. Sundays from January 21st to March 11th from 1:30pm – 2:45pm
