Yoga for beginners

Over eight sessions, learn the fundamentals of yoga to help you become more physically fit, mentally calm and energetic. Starting from the ground up, our teachers will guide you through breath work and alignment, as well as the entire Ashtanga Primary Series — the basics that you’ll need in order to take a Level 1 class.


Fall 2017 Sessions:

  1. Tuesdays from September 12th to October 31st from 6:15pm – 7:30pm with Pierre-Vincent
  2. Sundays from September 17th to November 12th from 1:30pm – 2:45pm with Elyse
  3. Thursdays from September 21st to November 9th from 6:15pm – 7:30pm with Pierre-Vincent
